I had an excellent experience working with Brandon at Pool Mart. This was my first hot tub purchase and after looking at multiple tubs and business no one was as patient and helpful than Brandon. He made sure I got a hot tub that fit all my needs. The follow up after purchase has been excellent and I know I can go to him or anyone on the staff to assist with any questions.
I have just taken over a lot of the pool responsibilities for my son, now that I have totally retired. Thank God for Pool Mart bailing me our at least 3 or 4 times this summer.
Today, though, was extraordinarily special when they actually had a part in stock for a piece of the motor assembly connecting to the filter basket.
I brought the unknown named part in so that someone might be able to special order it for me. I was amazed that they recognized the part ( they didn’t know what it was called either) but they had it.
Hopefully, I don’t have any more emergency repairs the rest of this season, but if I do, I will only go to Pool Mart in Tonawanda because of their very knowledgeable personnel.
I recently bought a new hot tub cover from pool mart. The service I received at the Tonawanda location was exceptional. They had told me they went with a new company for the covers and assured me I’d be happy. They were right. Ultra light weight and the straps are extra long so I’m night fighting to clip them closed. Thank you!!
Always helpful and knowledgeable. We had some minor challenges during the first few years of pool ownership. The knowledgeable staff at Pool Mart always comes through with good advice and easily understood instructions.

Recently bought a pool from Pool Mart in which Tom Waters was our salesman and my new best friend! Being my first pool we honestly needed a great deal of help right from the start. We shopped around other stores and in comparison Tom had us sold on his knowledge, experience, and not trying to over sell us on any package or size. He is so friendly at allowing us to make this long term decision and commitment. Tom directed me at every move step-by-step and believe me when I tell you from purchase to install 8 days. No kidding 8 days including permits and contractors at his fingertips, a phone call away. Honestly I can’t thank Tom Waters enough and with a pool of my size and complexity, being my first, developing a close sales relationship is a must.
The experience at Pool Mart has been beyond my expectations. We ran into some issues that had nothing to do with Pool Mart. Throughout the process, Tom and his team (shout out to Cam as well) were available, accommodating, knowledgeable, hands on helpful and most importantly patient. No question was too small. Tom at Pool mart was very helpful! My husband was ready to shut down the hottub for winter because he couldn’t figure out why it suddenly wasn’t clear. Tom assured him that he just needed the correct doses of things he puts in,( and one my husband forgot about),and the water would clear up. It did! Thank you Tom for all your help and patience!!
I can’t say enough about the support and expertise that PoolMart provides. Brandon and his crew at the Depew store are always happy and willing to answer any and all questions even after the sale when so many questions come up. They are willing to help you learn as you go and have even offered a Pool School so we could meet in a smaller setting and learn detailed information on how to care for our investment. Brandon and his team care deeply about their customers and the investment they are willing to make. If you’re looking for a pool, I highly recommend you visit PoolMart.
My husband and I stopped in on Saturday with a VERY green pool issue. We spoke with Tom and he advised us on how to cure the issue using 3 bags shock on the first day and 2 each day following along with vacuuming and brushing the pool..I am thrilled to say that today – Tuesday – my pool is crystal clear!!! He also advised on on how to avoid the issue in the future towards the end of summer – simply leave the filter on 24hrs. He will definitely be our go to guy in the future!!! No one else helped with the green.
My wife and I bought a hot tub in July. The crew at pool mart are top notch. Brandon, Jay and Ryan have helped me through the buying process, delivery and set up.
